offline woes
Well as I mentioned last week, I've just moved to San Francisco. And as I'm a starving webcomiker (thank you Stuart! laughing ), it's a little hole-in-the wall apartment - or as my mother unsurprisingly dubbed it, "the cubpoard under the stairs" - that doesn't even have it's own address. It does, but technically that address belongs to the "real" apartment upstairs.

My point? The cable company couldn't set me up with net access because they believed that my address was already receiving their service.

I've finally managed to sort that out, so hopefully I'll be getting back online this week. Which would be awfully nice, since I'd really hate to be all alone in the cupboard under the stairs in the big unfamiliar city on my birthday. crying

Anyway, at the moment I'm back at my parents place to celebrate my mom's birthday, which is the only thing allowing me to offer even petty compensation. And although it's another filler, I had a HELL of a time producing it!!! >< I completely forgot that my parents' scanner doesn't work, so the page I came prepared with was useless unless I was willing to redraw it from scratch. Which I attempted. But this computer doesn't have any programs installed to handle this sort of thing, and I can't begin to describe what a hassle it was trying to draw in a program with none of the right brushes or options, no sketch to work from, and a lagging computer and screwy mouse.

Nonetheless, I hope that this little filler is delightful enough at least for Monsier Culum, who drove me on with all too-effective flattery. I had a concept for a filler comic, but it was more than I could manage with my present restraints - so I figured my best fallback was either chibis or pr0n. Chibis won this time, because Xaiven & Eulich previously missed out on being chibified. I'll leave it to you to surmise on what this bodes for the future.
